HOW TO DELETE MY INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT

To delete your Instagram account, follow these steps:

1. Open Instagram in a web browser:

   • You can't delete your account directly from the Instagram app. Go to Instagram's account deletion page using a web browser on your phone or computer.

2. Log in to your account:

• Enter your username and password to access your account.

1. Select a reason for deleting your account:

   • Instagram will ask why you want to delete your account. Choose an option from the dropdown menu. You'll be required to select a reason before proceeding.

2. Re-enter your password:

   • After selecting your reason, you'll be asked to enter your password again to confirm your decision.

3. Click "Permanently delete my account":

• Once you've confirmed your password, click the button to permanently delete your account.

Important Notes:

• Once you delete your account, it’s permanent. All your photos, videos, followers, and other data will be lost and can't be recovered.
• If you just want a break from Instagram, consider temporarily disabling your account instead. You can do this by going to your profile settings and selecting "Edit Profile" and then "Temporarily disable my account."
